Remarks:

1. Water and ammonium sulfate are dissolved first and transparent, followed by glycerol and HM-15. Magnesium aluminum silicate and the raw material are stirred, sheared, and dispersed evenly (must be stirred and dispersed, especially the additives should be evenly dispersed in water. Furfuran has strong water solubility, but the additives are not well dispersed. Key points: grinding temperature (discharge temperature should not be higher than 30 degrees, and discharge temperature should be controlled between 20 and 25 degrees). If the temperature is high, the product is prone to problems (crystallization after becoming transparent)

2. Key point: After preparing 1% xanthan gum mother liquor, cut and add it without grinding.

3. Add 25% grinding water for grinding, and clean the equipment with the remaining water.

4. Calculation of the discharge rate of the laboratory small-scale test (for example: the total amount of 200 grams, the total amount of material entering the grinding machine is 172 grams, and the actual total amount after grinding and filtering is 160 grams)

Example: After grinding is completed, if the rate of discharge is 160 grams divided by the total grinding amount of 185 grams, the discharge rate is 86%

The amount of xanthan gum added is 86% x 15 grams (2% xanthan gum mother liquor)=12.97 grams, which means adding 12.97 grams of xanthan gum after shearing. Pay attention to the production of foam during shearing.
